Why is BTM looking for service partners?
Over the past four years, we have successfully established BTM as a brand in the electric two-wheeler segment. With almost 1,000 bikes in the DACH region and a growing community that appreciates our products and the close connection to us as a manufacturer, we have created a real fan base.
In 2023, we were one of the brands with the most new registrations of electric motorcycles in Germany - alongside another manufacturer in the L3e segment. Despite the challenges of recent years, demand for our bikes is growing steadily.
In order to grow further, we are looking for local partners in Germany who share our enthusiasm for electromobility, appreciate German added value and support our USPs - simplicity, style, sustainability & great value for price.

What is a BTM service partner?
A BTM service partner offers local service for BTM bikes and takes over the marketing of new and used BTM bikes in the respective region.
The service partner receives a fixed commission for the brokerage of new and used vehicles and a fixed hourly rate for the service work.
Is it absolutely necessary to do both (service and sales)?
Of course, you can only carry out services and repairs. Or only sell vehicles.
You will be listed with us as a "pure" service partner if you meet the following requirements:
- a professional appearance
- a workshop or a mobile workshop
- a sound training as a mechanic.

- What are your expectations for the market? How many vehicles do you plan to sell in 2025/2026?

As our partner, you should fulfill the following requirements:
- A showroom to be able to present our vehicles appropriately.
- A workshop for service and repair work.
- The willingness to guarantee a fixed purchase quantity per year.
- Exclusivity in the light electric segment to strengthen our brand in a targeted manner.

What is the mindset requirement to become a BTM service partner?
Prerequisites:
- A well-equipped workshop and an attractive salesroom.
- A minimum purchase of 4 vehicles per year.
- Provision of at least one "Bonfire" test vehicle and one "Wildfire" test vehicle for test drives.
- In addition, at least one stock vehicle per model to ensure availability.
