The voucher is valid for three years from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged.

How does gifting work?

After your purchase, you will immediately receive your order confirmation from us.
You will receive an email with the voucher code no later than 24 hours after placing your order.
You will also receive a gift voucher with an envelope by post (please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch).
Write the 16-digit voucher code from the email on this gift voucher. This code can then be used for your next purchase.
